Student Conduct Process

The Syracuse University Conduct System is an educational process designed to assist students in their decision making. This is done through a variety of means:

  • Hearing Process
The conduct process for alleged sexual harassment, abuse and assault.
  • Procedural Advisors
Who can be a procedural advisor in conduct and sexual and relationship violence cases.
  • Hearing Officer Training
How investigators, decision-makers, hearing officers and anyone who facilitates an informal resolution are trained.

For a detailed description of the process, see Procedures for Responding to Reports of Student Violations of the Sexual Harassment, Abuse and Assault Prevent Policy.
