Resources for Faculty and Staff

There is no typical reaction to sexual assault, stalking, sexual harasment or relationship violence. Your safety, your health, how you feel and what you want to do are most important right now. You do not have to go through this alone.

Additionally, it can be difficult to hear details of a student’s experience. It is important that while you are providing support to your student, you are also taking care of your own physical and mental health.

Carebridge, the University’s Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, is available to all faculty and staff, particularly in regard to wellness.

The Office of Equal Opportunity, Inclusion and Resolution Services should be contacted regarding all other matters.

If you would prefer connecting with an off-campus confidential resource, Vera House  Inc. is available 24 hours, seven days a week by calling 315.468.3260. Additionally Vera  House Inc. offers a live online chat feature.
